Our check-in procedure for appointments is not changing.
Please call 704-878-9904 upon arrival. We will get you checked in and a vet assistant will come to your vehicle and escort you directly into an exam room. Exam room access is limited to two people per room and masks are required to enter the building.
We will still be providing car-side service only for all non-doctor appointments (boarding, nail trim, rabies vaccination, routine injections, etc.), anyone who cannot wear a mask due to a health condition, and for individuals who have been sick recently.
We will allow clients who are picking up prescriptions and/or food to come into the building to check-out. Face masks are required and we ask that you follow social distancing requirements.
Thank you for being so understanding throughout this entire process! This is only a small change, but it is in the right direction. We are doing our best to keep our team and clients safe. We are hopeful things will continue to improve and we are all able to get back to "normal" soon!
